On April 1th, 2009, at the invitation of Mr. Chen Yude, the Director-General of Innovation and Technology Commission in HongKong SAR, Mr. Wang Zhiming, President of NANHAO Group and Mr.Jia Hongxing, Director of HeBei Provincial Science and Technology Department visited the station of HongKong Innovation and Technology Commission and made a deep consultation on the four cooperative items including the OMR scanner and NANHAO interactive intelligent whiteboardwith our won intellectual property rights, after which a initiative agreement was achieved.
