Use a piece of clean damping cloth to clean the panel lightly.
Attention: You have to wring out the damping cloth and make sure there is not any floating water, so as to prevent any water infiltrating into internal side of NANHAO interactive intelligent whiteboard.
2. Question: What to do if have written on NANHAO interactive intelligent whiteboard with an un-erasable and unctuosity color pen?
Never use unctuosity color pen writing on NANHAO interactive intelligent whiteboard! Once you have done it, clean it lightly using absorbent cotton dipped with alcohol.
3. Question: Can 25-pin serial port replace 9-pin serial port?
Yes, but only you have installed an adapter from 25 to 9 pins on PC.
4. Question: How to do when serial port is occupied?
Both table model and notebook PC allow to add some new serial port, there are two ways to select
1) Install a serial port card on PC (Note: generally, PCMCIA serial port card for notebook PC)
2)Using"USB2.0 to RS232C+ special designed gorge line to connect NANHAO interactive intelligent whiteboard with PC..
5. Question: What type of projector is needed to match with the NANHAO interactive intelligent whiteboard?
The projector shall satisfy with three items as below.
1) Front projector
2) Support resolution of PC
Least luminous power shall be more than 500 lumina, for detailed requirements, please refer to the size of room.
6. Question: Why the shape of image projected is trapezia? Why and how to adjust it?
l) It may be that projector is not level (like, the front is higher than the back or the back is higher than the front),so a trapezia appears.
2) The image will be in distortion when trapezia appeared, so you must adjust it to normal condition.
3) Generally, it can be adjusted by using a remote manipulator or to adjust height of projector. For details, please refer to user's manual of projector.
7. Question: How to exit from software of NANHAO interactive intelligent whiteboard?
1) Click icon button of "Pop Menu" on Floating Tool Bar, click "Exit" in the pop up menu.
2) Or click “File? on main menu)Exit.
8. Question: Electronic pen cannot write normally?
l) Check current working mode of software. Writing is effective only under Draw Mode or Annotation Mode, and noneffective under Control Mode.
2) Do not press button on electronic pen when writing.
3) Please keep the nib of electronic pen vertical to panel of whiteboard.
4) You should not press the electronic pen tightly.
5) Check whether the battery is full of power, if not, replace new ones.
9. Question: Some orientation points can not be found when orienting the NANHAO interactive intelligent whiteboard?
Check whether lateral deviation and vertical offset of projector are correct.
Ensure all content on PC screen can be projected wholly to whiteboard.
10. Question: Only part of whiteboard can be written on?
1) Check whether the model of whiteboard set in driver accords with real object.
2) Check whether orientation of whiteboard is correct.
11. Question: If it shows "Failed to verify the NANHAO interactive intelligent whiteboard, the program can't run further!", please check whether there is a good connection between whiteboard and PC?
l) Please check whether having used special-purpose gorge line of whiteboard, and whether there is a good connection for gorge line.
2) When connection is made through the USB2.0 to RS232C cable, check whether it is correctly connected with special-purpose gorge line.
3) Check whether the NANHAO interactive intelligent whiteboard is power-on (It is normal only when the yellow and green indicator lamps on plug socket of power lightening).
4) Check whether serial ports from COM1 to COM4 have been occupied, and you must select one serial port from COM1 to COM4 for NANHAO interactive intelligent whiteboard.
Check whether driver of whiteboard has been setup correctly.
12. Question: When start up software ,It shows Error happen when Loading XML File?
Check the version of Internet Explorer, upgrade IE to version 6.0 when it is 5.0 or lower.
